Design to fit 4010 axial fan for hotend cooling and 2 4010 blower fa for part cooling.
All 3 fan design to slide in without any screw or bolt.
Fit in Kossel Mini effector with V6 groove mount.(should fit other printer too)
Fan mount use 2x M2.5x16 Hex Socket Head Screw or longer. (M2.5x16 included in Mellow NF-Crazy hotend kit, not sure about genuine Mosquito)
I use it on Mellow NF-Crazy hotend(Mosquito clone) so dimeion might be a bit different from original Mosquito but from the assembly in CAD Mosquito hotend should fit just fine with clearance for wiring.
The lowest part of the fan mount is 5mm above the nozzle tip.
When assemble the fan mount you should slide in 2 part cooling fa from the top fit then mount it to the hotend and slide in a 4010 axial fan from the side.
Design to print upright with no support.
I upload the STEP file too so anyone can remix if they want.
Optional
I add some aluminium tape to deflect heat from hotend to the fan and plastic part and add a Kapton tape on top of it in case of wiring lose to prevent a short circuit from aluminium tape. Not really necessary but for peace of mind.
