Star Generator for Laser Cutting 雷切星星產(chǎn)生器

This is a star generator designed with Fusion 360. I uploaded a 5-spike star as a sample (Those dxf files) which was designed for materials with 3.5 mm thickness. Still, feel free to download the f3d file and tweak it to fit your need.
Tweaking Tips
Most adjustable features were set as "User Paramete", which you can find from "MODIFY > Change Paramete". Functio of each Parameter were described in "Comments".
Making Tips
Export the last 4 Sketchs which has "ForCutting" in its name as DXF files. These are all you need for making a star.
Quantities of parts needed are based on the number of Spikes:
Template: 4 * # of Spikes
Each Holder: 2 * # of Spikes

If your material has an upper-side and a lower-side, flip half of the templates can keep all the outer-side the same sides.
Assembly Tips
Assembly could be tricky, especially the last piece. If "CuttingOffset" was set too high, the fitting will be so tight that the last piece might not be able to fit in.
It helps a lot using some fast-curing glue (eg. CA glue) to fix what you had already put together along your assembly.
PC_Holder and PB_Holder might looks similar, better keep an eye on who is who.
For most occasio, the template might looks like an isosceles triangle. It's a good idea to make sure the fit piece is well-oriented before glue it up.
Other Tips
The default design dig 1 slot for holder on each edge of the template. But as the star become bigger, 1 slot won't be enough for securing the connection. Thus, the f3d file with "2 Slots per Edge" is provided as well. However, as you might already noticed, this will double the holde and the difficulty of assembly.

製作 Tips
匯出名稱後頭有「ForCutting」的最後那4個(gè)草圖，這就是你所需要的DXF檔案。
所需的零件數(shù)量是根據(jù)星芒的數(shù)量變動(dòng)的：
模板：4 * 星芒數(shù)量
每一個(gè)固定扣：2 * 星芒數(shù)量

如果你的材料有分正面和反面，在製作前先對(duì)一半的模板圖檔做翻轉(zhuǎn)，就可以讓最後的星星外側(cè)都保持是正面。
組合 Tips
組合可能會(huì)有點(diǎn)難，尤其是最後一片模板。如果「CuttingOffset」被設(shè)定得太大，組合會(huì)變得很緊，進(jìn)而可能造成最後一片根本組不進(jìn)去。
一邊組合的同時(shí)，一邊使用接合速度快的接著劑（例如快乾）把已經(jīng)組合的部分固定，會(huì)讓組合的過(guò)程變得容易許多。
PC_Holder和PB_Holder這兩個(gè)固定扣可能會(huì)長(zhǎng)得很像，要記得分清楚。
大部分的時(shí)候，模板可能會(huì)長(zhǎng)得很像等腰三角形。因此，再開(kāi)始黏結(jié)第一片模板前，最好再三確認(rèn)它的方向是正確的。
其他 Tips
預(yù)設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)在模板的每一個(gè)邊都挖了一個(gè)固定扣的孔。但是當(dāng)星星越來(lái)越大時(shí)，一個(gè)固定扣可能不足以固定模板的連結(jié)。因此，檔案中也提供了每邊挖兩個(gè)孔的f3d檔案（檔名有「2 Slots per Edge」那個(gè)）。不過(guò)，使用這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)會(huì)使固定扣的數(shù)量加倍，也會(huì)讓組裝的難度加倍。
